Thanko is a digital payment facilitation platform that enables users to tip, thank, or reimburse one another. Thanko is not a bank, wallet, or registered financial institution.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique 4-digit PIN. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
Thanko acts as merchant of record. Payments are settled via third-party payment providers. Thanko does not store or process your card details directly.
Payment records are kept for reconciliation and operational purposes only. They do not represent stored value or bank balances held by Thanko.
Eligible earnings can be withdrawn via standard bank transfer. Payouts are manually processed and may be delayed, reviewed, or declined. There is no guarantee of instant or automatic payout.
Service fees may apply and are disclosed to you before payment is confirmed.
If enabled, a portion of eligible payments may support charitable causes. These contributions are administered by Thanko on your behalf.
Thanko is not responsible for user disputes, incorrect payments, or delays caused by banking or third-party payment providers.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Thanko after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
